Important Information
- Operating hours: Mon to Thurs 10 am – 11 pm, Friday 10 am – 12 am, Sat to Sun 9 am – 12 am.
- Make sure you bring a valid ID card, Entry is only possible with a valid ID card or passport.
- Helmets are compulsory for children under the age of 13.
- The minimum age for this activity is 3 years.
- Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Visitors are prohibited from bringing food and drink into the park.
- Skiers and snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope.
